After you create your page, you must publish it to the server. If you are using a WYSIWYG editor such as Front Page, most of those programs have a built in feature to publish your web site. If not you may download the Microsoft Web Publishing Wizard from their site, www.microsoft.com If you are creating your page in notepad or using any other standard text editor, you must use the above tool as well, or you may use a separate FTP program to upload your page to the server.
If you have a personal user page with Vance.Net you will need to publish your page to the server: www.users.vance.net/<user name> using your web page user name and password. If you have a domain name such as www.vance.net you may publish to your domain name as the server using your web page user name and password.
