When I go into my e-mail, it asks for a name and password, what is my name and password?

Your user name is the first part of your e-mail address.  For instance, if your e-mail address is support@vance.net then your user name is support.  Your password is the same as the password you use to logon to the internet with your user name. 

If you have multiple e-mail addresses be sure to enter the correct password associated with the address you are trying to access.
