How do I setup additional e-mail addresses?

Your dial up account entitles you a total of 3 e-mail addresses.  You may setup additional e-mail addresses by calling us or letting us know through e-mail.  We will need the e-mail address you want to have setup and a password to use for that account.

After that, you must configure your mail program to check the other addresses.  With Outlook, click Tools, then Accounts and go to Mail.  Go to Add and select your e-mail address, and Display Name.  Then go to servers, and put in the correct server settings.  You may do this multiple times for each e-mail address.

With Netscape, you cannot set up more than one e-mail address at a time.  You must use the Netscape User Profile Manager that can be found under Start, Programs, Netscape Communicator, and Utilities.  Create a new profile with the same name as the e-mail address you are setting up.  Input the correct server settings when it prompts for them, and you may check your e-mail that way.  Each time you want to check the e-mail for that address you have to go to the User Profile Manager and load that profile, otherwise if you only go into Netscape, it will check your main account.

A much easier way with Netscape is to use Vance.Net's web mail feature.  You do not have to setup additional profiles, however it does not give you the full functionality as the Netscape Messenger does.

Don't forget that even though you want to check a particular e-mail address, you must first log on using your main account's user name and password.
