I cannot see all the information on a particular web site.

Make sure you are waiting until the document is fully loaded before you start to look for missing information causes.  This can be verified by a small note in the bottom of your browser that simply says Document Done.

If the document is finished downloading and things are still missing, there could be several things possible going on.  If you see a small picture icon in the top left corner where a picture should be, that means that the picture couldn't be loaded for some reason.  First try to reload the page by hitting Reload or Refresh in the top of your browser.  If it still does it, that picture probably has been moved from the web page and hasn't been updated as to it's new location.  There is nothing you can do about that.

You may get an error message saying you need a particular plug in.  Plug ins' are additional programs your web browser can use to display information.  This information could be pictures, animation, or music.  If the website says you need a particular plug in, you must download and install that plug in before you view the site, or it won't be viewed correctly.

Be sure you have the latest version of your browser software.  Many sites now require that you have a minimum version of the browser, so if you do not have that, some information may be missing as well.
