Make sure you are using the correct user name and password. Your user name is usually the first part of your e-mail address, for instance the e-mail support@vance.net has a user name of support. The exception to this is if you have one mail dial up account and additional e-mail addresses. You must logon using the main e-mail address' username and password, you cannot use your additional user name and password.
Our accounting system automatically suspends users with an overdue payment. When a payment is overdue, you will not be allowed access to our system and it will continue to prompt for a valid username and password until one is entered or you have tried too many times. Call our office to verify payment information if you feel this may be the problem.
